Welcome to Green and Cool Timor!

I have been an enormous fan of QSI for so many years! As a teacher and school administrator, I have truly never seen a more complete and comprehensive approach to education. As a father of two QSI graduates, I could not be more excited to share with anyone how the QSI model and Mastery Learning changed my own children’s lives.  Now as a grandfather of two preschool children (who one day I hope will be in QSI), I am beginning this journey all over again with fresh eyes.

From the youngest to the oldest QSI kid, the QSI school is truly one of the greatest institutions I have ever witnessed, and I have witnessed many.  In the United States, I served boarding, parochial, private, public, and alternative schools.  Abroad I worked in national schools in East and West Europe and even spent a year in the Finish school model.  All brought something to the table. But the QSI school brought the best of all.

American accredited and uniquely designed in a much wider world and for a much bigger globe, QSI schools are now serving the expatriate, diplomatic, and international business communities in thirty-five cities around the globe. We provide a world class education, highly competitive, preparing young men and women for a wide world without losing the love of learning or the innocence of life.  Whether forty student, one hundred and forty, or fourteen hundred, we provide the same highly qualified program. And while we are a uniquely global institution, there is nothing more wonderful, more pure, and more purposeful than the local QSI school. For that is where QSI really shines. 

From the moment I stepped on this campus in Dili, I could feel it. This is QSI.  The laughter, the joy, the comradery, and the single minded purpose - to keep the love of learning alive - it is all here. I am so fortunate to continue my QSI journey with such a wonderful and warm-hearted crew.  I am grateful for all those who have come before us to make this place so unique. I am fiercely proud to tell you about the QSI difference and what makes us truly the best school experience for any child who walks through our doors.
