Academics
QSI International School of Dili follows the Mastery Learning model of education. Students learn at a pace which allows them to develop a high level of proficiency (knowledge, skills, and competencies) in the curriculum that they are studying. This approach promotes academic rigor and academic success.
Faculty and Staff
Mastery Learning at QSI International School of Dili is facilitated by a group of passionate and dedicated educators. Most of our core teachers are US trained and certified with many years of experience in international education. We have the best teachers in Dili!
Facilities
The school is housed on a secure property that includes fully air-conditioned buildings. Besides the classroom buildings for all grades levels, there is ample outdoor space that includes a shaded playground, a field for sports, and a covered court for basketball, volleyball, and other sports. In 2021, we built new classrooms and added a music room and art room. In 2024, we renovated our science lab with updated equipment from Australia. The school is located behind the Australian Embassy.

Health and Safety
The health and safety of our campus community is our main priority. QSI International School of Dili has a 24-hour security presence and is closed to public access. We have a medical office on campus with a Nurse and Doctor on staff.
Student Services
QSI International School of Dili offers a variety of personalized services in order to enhance student growth and development including learning support, Intensive English, Counselor, Speech Therapy, and Reading Intervention.
Student Life
Extracurricular and enrichment programs are an integral part of the student life experience at QSI Dili International School. The focus of the program is to provide opportunities for student engagement; nurture leadership skills, increase teamwork and promote positive group dynamics. Our After School Activities provide a wide variety of opportunities for the students to engage in activities outside of the classroom. We also provide field trips during the school day and service-learning opportunities to get involved in the local community.
Community
QSI International School of Dili is proud to celebrate the diversity of our campus community. With the support of our Parent Teacher Organization - the school hosts events throughout the year including the Back to School Picnic, International Night, Harvest Festival, Winter Celebration, and End of Year Picnic.
